She Is Prayer: A Journey of Healing & Victory In 2023, I went through major life changes, and years of unhealed trauma began to surface, exposing the damage inside me. After overcoming depression and suicidal thoughts, I found myself back in that dark place—plotting my last breath. Then, one night at 2 AM, drowning in anxiety, fear, and hopelessness, I turned to God’s Word. Psalm 109 stirred my spirit, and a revelation hit me: How much do you have to pray to become prayer itself? In that moment, I knew—my testimony would one day be someone else’s prophecy.
